Given the extraordinary situation created by Covid-19, Tres Cruces Wine Lodge has devised an operational transformation strategy based on the following premises:
Security for employees and clients.
Reduced contact in customer-employee interactions.
Optimization of operating processes, simplifying and digitizing the service.
Adaptation to new paradigms and customer needs.
Based on these principles, new cleaning, hygiene and social distancing measures have been developed to allow opening in a framework of trust and safety. Specifically, they can be summarized in 10 main measures that we present below:
Check in / out digitally.
Have a disinfection system for the guest and their luggage.
Temperature measurement and health DDJJ record upon arrival.
Make a “health amenities” kit available to the guest that includes a chinstrap, latex gloves and gel alcohol.
Intensification of cleaning and disinfection procedures. Adequate ventilation of the rooms.
Use of Personal Protection Elements for collaborators.
Ongoing training on new cleaning, disinfection and hygiene procedures that need to be implemented.
Cleaning on request. Customers can decide if they want to use the cleaning service during their stay. Cleaning will always be done when the client is out of the room.
Elimination of paper and trash. The bathroom trash container will remain and should have a lid, a double bag, and a non-manual opening system.
Digital concierge. It will be through WhatsApp for individual customer service.
New guidelines, recommendations or instructions may be incorporated depending on the evolution and spread of the virus.
Tres Cruces Wine Lodge has a separate entrance and private covered garage, and has extensive galleries with views of vineyards and mountains. Breakfast is served in the room and the kitchen is fully equipped so that each guest, couple or family can enjoy their stay privately and with the required care.
